We are committed to protecting your privacy, and only use the information you provide us to process your orders. We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

PayPal is used to complete all online orders in a secure environment. Zeyoh, Inc. does not view, store, or have access to your credit account number.

If payment is made using a credit card and you have a confirmed address (shipping address matches billing address maintained by your credit card company), we will process your order.

When your shipping address does not match the billing address for your credit card, we will decide to accept/deny your payment based on Paypal's background information on your account. If payment is accepted, your order will be processed. If payment is denied, your payment will be refunded to you and you will receive an email from Paypal notifying you of the refund.

If you are not comfortable ordering on-line through PayPal, you may complete our order form and send a check, money order or cashier's check (in US currency). Shipment of your order will be delayed 7 to 14 days after your order has been received, while we wait for your check to clear.

Most orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service^® Priority Mail^®. USPS will send you an email to let you know when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided in this email. To check on the delivery status of your order, visit Track and Confirm at www.usps.com. You should received your order 2-3 days after the product is shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bang-go^® cap, you may return it to us within
30 days of delivery, for a full refund minus the shipping and handling charges. Please include your name, address, and PayPal transaction ID or order number, along with the returned merchandise. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 503-624-5630, or email us at .

Bang-go caps are uniquely designed so that the bill pivots, and can be moved forward and backward on the visor straps. This design results in a cap that fits most head sizes.

Click "Add to Cart" button for each cap you wish to purchase. Click "View Cart" button to view contents of cart, to change quantity of each cap you wish to purchase, to remove items from the cart, or to complete your purchase.

For any change you make to shopping cart contents, be sure and click the "Update Cart" button or the changes will not be applied. Click the "Secure Checkout" button when you are ready to complete your purchase.

Currently we only accept domestic orders (US currency/shipping address).
