If you do not want to complete your purchase online, you may also pay by check, money order or cashier's check. Print out a paper copy of our Order Form and mail it, along with your payment, to the address shown at the bottom of the form. Note: Payment by check could delay your shipment an additional two weeks, since we must wait for your check to clear before releasing your shipment.
